Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Ova: the Ova Arch app, the website at ova.tools, downloads from dl.ova.tools and the online services the app uses (together, “Ova”). Ova is run by a private individual who goes by the name “Ova”, at 10119 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@ova.tools.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Ova Arch is a Windows app for working with the masks and versions of archviz renders. Its AI features run on third-party models through our online gateway.

Ova is in early development. Features, models, the number of units an action uses, and availability can change, and parts of Ova may be offered only to people we invite.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

Your requests run on other companies’ AI models, and you must also follow the usage policies of the AI providers that run them:

6. Your content

We claim no rights in your renders, prompts or results. You allow us to send your content to AI providers only to run the actions you start, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to what you send.

AI results can be inaccurate or unexpected. Check them before you rely on them. The AI providers’ own terms may also apply to what you send and what you get back.

7. Third-party providers

Ova depends on other companies’ services, including Cloudflare for hosting and AI providers such as Krea, Google, WaveSpeed and Anthropic for the models. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and we may change providers or models at any time.

8. Software and open-source components

You may install and use Ova Arch on your own computers for your work, under these terms.

Ova Arch includes open-source components, such as Qt, which is licensed under the GNU LGPL. Each component is licensed under its own license; the list and the license texts are in Third-party licenses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

9. No warranty

Ova is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its results will suit your purpose. Keep backups of your work. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury, for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Within those limits, we are not responsible for loss that could not reasonably be foreseen, or for lost work or data that keeping your own backups would have prevented.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, switch off your access code or account, or remove units if you break these terms, if your use puts Ova, other users or our providers at risk, or if we stop offering Ova. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.

You can stop using Ova at any time and ask us to delete your account and data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and your right to bring a claim in its courts where the law gives you that right.

If you have a complaint, write to us at support@ova.tools and we will try to resolve it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, also tell you in the app or by email. The updated terms apply to your use of Ova from their effective date.
